Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Should be commensurate with education and experience as Credentials Coordinator or Medical Staff Coordinator.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree Medical Staff Services Sciences.
- Coursework/Training: Education to support the Medical Staff Organization and demonstrate effectiveness in Medical Staff office responsibilities particularly as it relates to the initial appointment and reappointment of physicians and Allied Health practitioners. Or equivalent educ/experience
- Certification by the National Association of Medical Staff Services as Medical Staff Coordinator (CMSC) or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) upon hire
- 3 years of experience in a Medical Staff Office.
