Creative Video Content Creator (Arabic Speaker)

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality video content for social media, websites, campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Apply cinematic framing, lighting, composition, movement, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Develop ideas, concepts, hooks, and treatments that support brand communication goals.
• Shoot and assist with editing events, campaigns, testimonials, live-produced shows, reels, and promotional videos.
• Adapt content to platform needs and take work from concept through shooting, editing support, and final delivery.
• Collaborate across teams, monitor trends, and contribute ideas for short-form, long-form, campaign-based, and trend-based content.
• Maintain brand consistency, manage small shoots independently, and support team productions.
• Organize footage and assets, maintain efficient workflows, and analyze performance to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video content creator, videographer, video producer, editor, or in a similar creative role.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Strong portfolio or showreel showing cinematic visuals, storytelling, and social media content experience.
• Good understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, sound, and visual rhythm.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
• Experience using DJI Ronin or similar gimbals/stabilizers is required.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content trends, reels, hooks, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and comfort with event, campaign, testimonial, interview, social-first, and live-produced work.

Preferred qualifications

• Basic colour grading knowledge is preferred.
• A degree in Film, Media, Cinematography, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
