About This Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and multidisciplinary professional to join the marketing team as a Creative Technologist.

This role sits at the intersection of design, development, and marketing technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into fully functional digital experiences, supporting campaign execution, and enhancing customer engagement through effective use of technology, automation, and AI-driven tools.

Design & Development

  • Design and develop digital assets including landing pages, microsites, and campaign interfaces using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Build, test, and deploy front-end and back-end solutions to support marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all digital outputs are responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines

Marketing Technology & CRM

  • Support the implementation and optimisation of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot)
  • Build and manage customer journeys, automation workflows, and engagement campaigns
  • Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and data integrity across platforms

AI & Automation

  • Utilise AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GPT-based platforms) to enhance development efficiency and marketing execution
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve team productivity
  • Develop internal tools and workflows to streamline marketing operations

Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns from concept through to deployment
  • Provide technical support for campaign launches and ongoing optimisation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital assets and systems

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into technical solutions

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Full-stack development capabilities (front-end and back-end)
  • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks)
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and customer engagement platforms

AI & Digital Tools

  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in development and marketing workflows
  • Ability to integrate automation into day-to-day processes

Experience

  • Prior experience in a similar role within marketing, technology, or a growth-focused environment
  • Demonstrated ability to independently deliver digital solutions from concept to execution
