The Role

We’re hiring a Creative Technologist (AI & Digital Content) to build and scale WakeCap’s content engine. This is not a traditional marketing role—you will operate at the intersection of technology, content, and AI, creating high-quality assets that make our product tangible and compelling to the construction ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with sales, growth, and leadership to turn complex ideas into clear, visual storytelling.

• Location:  Riyadh or Dammam
• Reporting to:  Chief of Staff and VP Growth
• Work Style:  Flexible (with in-office collaboration)
• Travel:  ~10%

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Produce videos (demos, explainers), graphics, presentations, and web content
• Translate technical features into clear, engaging visuals and narratives
• Design conference and event collateral

AI-Native Execution

• Use AI as a core part of your workflow across content creation
• Work with tools such as Claude, Midjourney, Runway/Kling, CapCut, Figma, etc.
• Build repeatable systems for high-output content production
• Continuously test and adopt new tools to improve speed and quality

Sales & Growth Enablement

• Create decks, visuals, and assets for client meetings and proposals
• Collaborate with Business Development to align messaging with market needs

Digital Presence

• Support website updates and landing pages using no/low-code tools
• Contribute to LinkedIn presence and marketing campaigns

Real-World Storytelling

• Capture content from sites, demos, or deployments when needed
• Turn real use cases into compelling visual proof points

Requirements

Must-Have

• 2–5 years of experience in content, marketing, or creative digital roles (preferably in tech)
• Strong portfolio of visual work (video, design, or digital content) — required
• Proven experience in video production and visual content creation
• AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Ability to work quickly, iterate, and improve in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with web or no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, Replit, etc.)
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or construction/industrial sectors

Additional

• Arabic fluency preferred
• Comfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment
