Creative Project Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from brief through delivery, ensuring timeline, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Track budgets, timelines, and resourcing; escalate issues proactively.
• Lead project-level client communication and clarify deliverables and timelines.
• Develop creative briefs translating client needs into direction for creative teams.
• Coordinate creative, strategy, and production teams; align with creative leads and senior project managers.
• Monitor project progress and dependencies, flagging risks early.
• Run multiple projects in parallel and prepare regular status updates and reports.
• Promote organizational practices and effective use of project management tools.

Requirements

• At least 8 years in creative services, account, or project management; Account Director level and agency experience are ideal.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, organize work, and multitask.
• Experience with multidisciplinary creative, strategy, and production teams.
• Able to brief creative teams, maintain project direction, and manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Able to work independently, solve problems, and perform under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; willingness to travel as required.

• Follow Mastercard security policies, safeguard information confidentiality and integrity, report suspected security breaches, and complete mandatory security training.
