The coordinator helps move creative projects from brief to completion and also supports marketing, social media, and content creation.
Project coordination and administration
- Coordinate creative projects across designers, clients, and suppliers.
- Prepare project briefs, request quotations, and source suppliers.
- Manage project timelines, revisions, approvals, and final deliveries.
- Follow up on production, printing, and project requirements.
- Organize project files, schedules, and administrative tasks.
- Support proposals, presentations, and project documentation.
Marketing and social media support
- Help manage Instagram and the agency’s digital presence.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, project updates, and studio moments.
- Assist with social media posts, Stories, Reels, and content planning.
- Develop ideas to promote the agency’s work, projects, and services.
- Support marketing initiatives and business-development activities.
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or a creative environment.
- Comfortable dealing with suppliers, clients, and external partners.
- Familiarity with design, print, production, or branding is a plus.
- Basic Canva, content-creation, or design skills are a strong advantage.
- Must be based in the UAE.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
