Supports a creative agency across design, publications, printing, and premium production projects.
Primarily coordinates a major project while supporting other ongoing client jobs.
Manages communication among clients, designers, and suppliers from initial brief through final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day creative and production projects across designers, clients, and suppliers.
- Prepare briefs, communicate feedback, and follow up on revisions and approvals.
- Liaise with printing suppliers, request quotations, coordinate samples, and monitor production.
- Visit suppliers to review materials, samples, finishes, and production quality.
- Arrange client presentations, sample reviews, and approval meetings.
- Manage project emails, timelines, documentation, and daily follow-ups.
- Keep projects organised, flag delays, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in creative agencies, project coordination, printing, or production.
- Understanding of print materials, finishes, and production processes is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable independently managing multiple projects.
- Based in Dubai and available for a three-month contract.
- A UAE driving licence and access to a car are a strong advantage.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
