About This Role
Overview
BeyondViews is looking for a passionate and highly creative designer who can visualize ideas and bring them to life with strong artistic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs and key visuals
- Design for billboards, hoardings, building facades, and social media creatives
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes
- Develop basic animations, 3D elements, and motion graphics
- Execute creative ideas from concept to final output while meeting deadlines
- Maintain strong attention to detail in all artwork
What We’re Looking For
- A creative mindset with a strong sense of visual storytelling
- Someone currently working as an Art Director, or aspiring to become one
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools
- Experience with AI tools is a plus, but the ability to design independently is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Strong agency experience preferred
Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in the UAE
- Prior agency experience is highly preferred
- Arabic Preferred
