Key responsibilities

  • Design company profiles, client brochures, project portfolios, project sheets and other business development materials.
  • Prepare visually compelling bid submissions, proposals and tender documents.
  • Create and format reports, project sheets, proposals and multi-page documents in Adobe InDesign.
  • Produce engaging presentations, infographics and visual summaries.
  • Support the development of ICON's website through the creation of project pages, case studies, visual assets and digital content.
  • Contribute to the consistent application and evolution of ICON's brand across marketing, business development and project communications.
  • Develop marketing collateral for print, digital channels, social media, events and client engagement activities.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Design teams to translate technical and design-led content into clear, compelling and visually engaging communications.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content creation, graphic production, presentations and marketing workflows.
  • Develop and maintain practical templates, brand assets and visual standards that support efficient content production.
  • Prepare final artwork and files for print and digital distribution.
  • Manage multiple assignments and deliver accurate, high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Approximately 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Excellent Adobe InDesign proficiency, including paragraph and character styles, parent pages, tables and managing long documents.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, typography and multi-page layout skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to create professional presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with technical content.
  • Ability to work independently, contribute ideas and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Experience in landscape, architecture and engineering related services would be an advantage.
