Qualifications:

• Proven portfolio showcasing an exceptional range of work across B2B activations, consumer brand experiences, and interactive digital/demo design.
• 10+ years of experience managing direct reports and leading multidisciplinary teams within a fast-paced agency or experiential setting.
• On-site production expertise with a proven track record of real-time problem-solving and quality control during live event execution.
• Calm leadership style under tight deadlines and high-pressure scenarios, consistently offering proactive, solution-oriented guidance.
• Strong creative conviction and a decisive perspective, balanced with humility, active listening, and a collaborative approach to feedback.
• Passionate mentor dedicated to developing talent.

• Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, and London. The ideal candidate is located in one of these locations; however, we will consider remote candidates for this role. Candidates must be willing and able to travel as required for project site visits, client meetings & onsite time.

• Salary Estimation: [ $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year]
• This is an Exempt full-time role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities.
