Role Overview

Creative Concept & Design

• Imagine, conceptualize, and design
• innovative glass bottle designs
• for cosmetics, perfumes, and luxury products.
• Translate brand briefs, market trends, and customer expectations into
• distinctive and premium design concepts
• .
• Develop mood boards, sketches, 3D visuals, and concept presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Continuously explore global design trends, luxury aesthetics, and material innovations.

Design Execution & Development

• Convert creative concepts into
• manufacturing‑feasible designs
• with high attention to detail.
• Work closely with
• NPD, mold design, production, and engineering teams
• to ensure seamless execution.
• Support prototype development, mock‑ups, and sampling activities.
• Ensure final designs meet
• quality, feasibility, cost, and lead‑time requirements
• .

Client & Commercial Collaboration

• Participate in customer discussions, design reviews, and presentation meetings.
• Customize designs based on client feedback while maintaining design integrity and manufacturability.
• Support sales and marketing teams with
• design storytelling and visualization
• .

Process & Innovation

• Drive innovation in bottle shapes, embossing, engraving, decoration compatibility, and finishes.
• Maintain design documentation, version control, and approval records.
• Contribute to building a
• strong design identity
• for PGP Glass in the Middle East and global markets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
• Industrial Design, Product Design, Fine Arts, Design Engineering
• , or related field.
• **7–12 years**
• of experience in
• glass packaging design
• , preferably in
• cosmetics, perfume, or luxury packaging
• .
• Strong understanding of
• glass manufacturing processes, mold limitations, decoration techniques
• , and feasibility constraints.
