We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking
Senior Designer
to join our creative team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly conceptual and detail-oriented designer with a passion for crafting exceptional brand experiences across multiple touchpoints.
You will play a key role in developing compelling creative solutions for branding, campaigns, and visual identity projects, working closely with strategists, creatives, and clients to bring ideas to life.
A strong understanding of emerging technologies and creative innovation is essential, particularly the ability to leverage AI tools throughout the design process to enhance creativity, efficiency, and execution.
Experience
working with luxury, premium, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and execution of branding, campaign, and design projects across digital, print, social, and experiential channels.
- Translate strategic insights and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and design solutions.
- Create and maintain brand identities, visual systems, and campaign assets that deliver consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
- Integrate AI-powered creative tools and workflows into the design process to improve speed, quality, innovation, and efficiency.
- Develop high-quality presentations and creative rationale to effectively communicate ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, Copywriters, and Account Teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering creative excellence and attention to detail.
- Stay ahead of design trends, cultural movements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually elevate creative output.
- Ensure all work is delivered to the highest creative and technical standards, on time and within budget.
About You
- Proven experience in branding, campaign, and visual identity design.
- A highly conceptual designer with strong attention to detail and craft.
- Advanced knowledge of AI creative tools and their application within the design process.
- Experience working with luxury, premium, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced creative environments.
- Curious, innovative, and passionate about design, culture, and emerging trends.
