& Key Result Areas Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various ad hoc projects as directed.

Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and the client s specific requirements.

Carry out pre-operational checks and inspections of crane equipment before use.

Communicate effectively with crew members and site personnel to ensure safe and effective operations.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the crane and associated work areas.

Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.

Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork.

Adapt to different project requirements and locations as needed.
