Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cradle Operator with a strong background in window cleaning for high-rise buildings.
The ideal candidate should be capable of safely operating cradle systems and delivering high-quality façade and glass cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
*Operate cradle (BMU) systems for high-rise window cleaning
*Perform external glass and façade cleaning for commercial and residential buildings
*Follow all safety standards and regulations for working at height
*Ensure daily assigned targets are achieved efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe
*Report any damages or technical issues immediately
*Ensure high-quality finishing and cleanliness standards
*Coordinate with supervisors and team members on-site
*Adhere to company policies and client requirements
Requirements
*Proven experience as a Cradle Operator / Window Cleaner
*Valid cradle operator certification/license (preferred)
*Knowledge of safety procedures for working at heights
*Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
*Familiar with cleaning tools, chemicals, and methods
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
*Basic communication skills (English preferred)
