**Job Title:** Cradle Operator / High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Cradle Operator / Window Cleaning Technician** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in operating cradle/BMU systems and performing external glass and façade cleaning for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cradle/BMU systems safely for high-rise façade and window cleaning works.
- Perform external glass, façade, and building exterior cleaning as per site requirements.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and working-at-height regulations.
- Ensure assigned daily tasks are completed efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe.
- Inspect equipment before use and report any damage, malfunction, or technical issue immediately.
- Maintain high standards of cleaning quality and finishing.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, safety officers, and team members during operations.
- Follow client site rules and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cradle Operator, BMU Operator, or High-Rise Window Cleaner.
- Experience in façade and glass cleaning for high-rise buildings is required.
- Cradle operator certificate/license is preferred.
- Knowledge of working-at-height safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors and at heights.
- Familiar with cleaning tools, chemicals, and façade cleaning methods.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervisor instructions.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
