Course Coordinator
About This Role
G-TEC Education Institute is seeking a proactive and organized Course Coordinator for our Baniyas branch in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will coordinate academic activities, manage student support services, and ensure smooth course delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling of classes, trainers, and batches
- Handle student inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups
- Support faculty in course planning and delivery
- Maintain student records and attendance tracking
- Ensure smooth communication between students, trainers, and management
- Assist in marketing activities and student enrollment drives
- Monitor course progress and student satisfaction
- Prepare daily and monthly reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Administration, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in a training institute or educational environment in the UAE
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of KHDA/MOE systems is an advantage
