Role Overview
Nexifyr is implementing Coupa as its Procure-to-Pay platform and migrating from an existing Aruba procurement environment.
The consultant will lead and support the Coupa implementation and configuration transition.
Requirements and Design
- Gather requirements from procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Map Aruba processes to Coupa, identify capability gaps, and define approval hierarchies, spend thresholds, and business rules.
- Document functional design and configuration specifications.
Configuration
- Configure applicable Coupa modules, including requisitioning, purchase orders, invoicing, sourcing, contracts, inventory, and expenses.
- Configure workflows, approval chains, forms, custom fields, user roles, permissions, commodity codes, GL coding, cost centers, suppliers, catalogs, and spend controls.
Integrations and Migration
- Support ERP integrations, including master data, GL, purchase-order, and invoice synchronization.
- Support cXML and PunchOut supplier catalog integrations, validate data flows, and troubleshoot integration errors.
- Extract, cleanse, map, load, and validate legacy supplier, catalog, and historical purchase-order data.
Testing and Training
- Prepare test scenarios, execute System Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
- Track defects, retest fixes, and confirm sign-off readiness.
- Create guides and SOPs, conduct end-user training, support supplier onboarding, and track adoption.
Go-Live and Ongoing Support
- Support cutover, go-live checklists, and two to four weeks of post-go-live hypercare.
- Handle configuration changes, Coupa releases, performance monitoring, adoption tracking, reporting, and dashboard configuration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of full-lifecycle Coupa implementation experience, not only support experience.
- Proven experience configuring core Coupa modules.
- Experience migrating from a legacy procurement platform to Coupa.
- Strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay knowledge and major ERP integration experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coupa functional or technical certification is preferred.
- Experience with Coupa Sourcing and Contracts modules is a plus.
- Prior consulting or Big 4 project delivery experience is a plus.
