About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established provider of industrial packaging and automation solutions with a strong presence across the GCC.

As part of its expansion strategy in Saudi Arabia, the company is seeking a commercially driven Country Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth across the Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a key market while benefiting from the support, expertise, and infrastructure of an established regional business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for

Saudi Arabia

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across key industries
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders
  • Grow existing accounts while expanding market presence
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market
  • Experience within packaging, industrial equipment, automation, manufacturing, logistics, or related sectors
  • Proven track record of developing new business and managing key accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia
