About the Opportunity:
Our client, a large oil & gas fabrication organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Manager.
The role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.
Required Profile
- 10+ years' hands-on HR experience
- Background in construction, heavy manufacturing, steel, oil & gas
- Experience managing large blue-collar workforces
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

- Lead the HR function in a fast-paced environment
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Maintain workforce stability and engagement
