The Role
- Lead Syria retail operations, commercial strategy, and business growth for women’s fashion brands.
- Oversee sales, marketing, retail operations, HR, logistics, and financial performance across Syria stores.
- Drive store expansion, customer experience initiatives, partnerships, and market penetration strategies.
- Manage P&L, operational efficiency, and high-performing retail teams while ensuring compliance and profitability.
Employment Type: Full- Time
Salary USD: up to 2,500 USD inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading fashion group in Damascus, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s apparel
Qualifications
- Open to Male Syrian aged 45 years and below, holding Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership role within GCC women’s fashion retail brands.
- Strong expertise in the GCC retail market with a proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Effective leader with strong negotiation, decision-making, and team management skills.
