Role Description
The Country Manager role is a contract position based in Dubai, offering a hybrid work model that allows some work-from-home flexibility.
The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing market operations, developing and implementing business strategies, and driving growth in the region.
The role involves managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for business expansion, negotiating contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Additionally, the Country Manager will lead local teams, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional global teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in market analysis, business strategy development, and operational management
- Strong experience in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and business development
- Proficiency in team leadership, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, with familiarity in catalysts and zeolites being an advantage
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Russian or Arabic is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
