Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned
Country Head of Marketing
to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our UAE operations.
This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and campaign success while collaborating closely with global marketing and digital excellence teams.
As part of a
premium global occasion-driven business
, the role requires balancing long-term brand-building with short-term performance objectives.
The successful candidate will inspire a local marketing team, tailor global strategies to the UAE market, and deliver measurable impact across key growth metrics such as acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and conversion rates.
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement the UAE marketing strategy, combining brand-building with performance-focused initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and empower the local marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Adapt global strategies to reflect local consumer behaviors, cultural nuances, and seasonal/occasion-driven demand.
Collaboration with Global Teams
- Partner with global marketing and growth teams to ensure alignment on brand, KPIs, and execution.
- Share market insights, performance data, and customer trends to inform global initiatives.
- Support experimentation and testing to refine acquisition and engagement strategies.
Performance Marketing & Brand Building
- Oversee campaigns across online and offline channels, balancing growth and brand equity.
- Optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics using data-driven insights.
- Continuously refine local campaigns to maximize visibility and impact during key occasions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, media, and community partners to enhance local reach.
- Represent the UAE marketing function to local, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives that connect the brand with cultural and community-driven moments.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–8 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in
- premium consumer, lifestyle, or occasion-driven businesses
- .
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Strong leadership background with proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Experience collaborating with global organizations on strategy execution.
