Overview

TECO is a global leader in electric motors, electromechanical systems, electrification, and integrated industrial and energy solutions.

As part of our global expansion, we are establishing a new operating entity in the Middle East and are seeking a Country Head / General Manager to lead TECO’s regional presence.

This role will be responsible for building the organization, driving business growth, and representing TECO’s motor-driven, electromechanical, and system integration capabilities across the region.

Job Description

1.

Lead the overall management of TECO Middle East, including organizational structure and local operations.

2.

Drive regional business development and market expansion, with a focus on TECO’s core strengths in electric motors, electromechanical systems, electrification, and integrated solutions.

3.

Act as the primary local representative for TECO with customers, partners, EPC contractors, key accounts, and industry stakeholders.

4.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team, fostering strong execution, accountability, and cross-cultural collaboration.

5.

Coordinate closely with global engineering, project, and solution teams from Headquarters and Europe to align market needs with global capabilities.

6.

Support and oversee solution delivery and project efforts across energy, electrification, infrastructure, data centers, and industrial systems, leveraging TECO’s product and system integration expertise.

Qualification

1.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Business.

2. 12+ years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles in the Middle East.

3.

Solid background in motor, energy, industrial, electromechanical, EPC, or integrated solution-based businesses.

4.

Strong understanding of regional markets, business culture, and commercial practices in the Middle East.

5.

Proven experience working closely with global HQs or multicultural, multinational teams.

6.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

7.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
