Counter Salesman
About This Role
We Sparemate Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC is looking for experienced and motivated Counter Salesman candidate's to join our automotive parts division in UAE, dealing with renowned brands such as Hyundai, Mazda, Suzuki, Honda, and KIA Motors. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive spare parts sales and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the counter with parts inquiries and sales.
- Identify and recommend correct parts using catalogs and systems.
- Handle customer quotations, invoicing, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive spare parts company in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Hyundai, Mazda, Suzuki, Honda, and KIA parts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (ERP / inventory systems experience preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
