Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Cycle Delivery Staff to join our delivery team in Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering packages on time using a bicycle while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver orders to customers within assigned areas.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items.
- Follow delivery routes and traffic regulations.
- Maintain the bicycle and delivery equipment in good condition.
- Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or accidents immediately.
Requirements
- Previous delivery experience is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai roads and locations is an advantage.
