Counter Sales Staff role serving guests and handling counter orders at a cake and bakery business.
The description refers to Mister Baker standards for product quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent product quality according to company standards and deliver expected service standards.
- Welcome guests, identify their needs, respond promptly, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Maintain uniform standards, personal hygiene, and shop decorum.
- Accept orders via WhatsApp, phone, and direct sales; operate the POS and enter orders.
- Coordinate with team members, act responsibly, learn new things, and demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
Position requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of food-and-beverage experience, especially in cake shops and cafes.
- Basic computer and software skills.
- English is mandatory; Arabic and Hindi are preferred.
Pay and employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay is AED 2,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person. Dubai is listed as preferred.
