Counter sales role focused on guest service, order handling, and consistent product quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide products consistently according to the employer's quality standards.
- Welcome guests, deliver service standards, identify guest needs, and respond promptly.
- Contribute positively to guest experience and maintain shop decorum.
- Accept orders through WhatsApp, phone, and direct sales; handle POS and order entry.
- Coordinate with team members, act responsibly, and learn new tasks.
- Maintain uniform standards and good personal hygiene.
- Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in business interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience; cake shop and cafe experience is especially relevant.
- Basic computer and software skills.
- English is mandatory; Arabic and Hindi are preferred.
- Two years of counter sales experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,200 per month.
Employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
