Job Summary
Seven Seas Hotel is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Cost Controller** with strong hospitality finance background and hands-on experience in **IDS (Integrated Data Systems / IDS hotel system)**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling all food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure profitability and compliance with hotel financial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cost control activities across F&B, kitchen, and stores
- Maintain and update cost reports, variance analysis, and consumption reports
- Conduct monthly inventory audits and reconciliation
- Ensure accurate pricing, recipe costing, and menu engineering support
- Track purchase orders, supplier invoices, and receiving reports
- Coordinate with purchasing and stores for stock management efficiency
- Identify wastage, theft, or inefficiencies and report findings
- Prepare monthly cost reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and financial procedures
- Work closely with Finance Manager and Executive Chef
Requirements
- Minimum **3–5 years of experience in hotel cost control**
- Strong hands-on experience with **IDS system (mandatory)**
- Prior experience in **4-star or 5-star hotels preferred**
- Excellent knowledge of F&B costing, inventory control, and procurement processes
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- **Immediate joiner preferred / strongly required**
