Overview
We are looking for a **Cost Controller** to monitor inventory, and support cost efficiency across our café and restaurant operations.
Job Description
- Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock variances
- Oversee receiving of goods and verify invoices and deliveries
- Maintain accurate recipe costing and menu pricing
- Ensure proper portion control and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations team for cost control
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B cost control
- Strong knowledge of inventory and food costing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- Willing to work in Al Ain
