Cost Control Manager

Your focus will include: Establish and maintain project cost control systems, including cost breakdown structures, control budgets and commitment tracking aligned to the approved Program of Works. Manage preparation and maintenance of project forecasts, cost‐to‐complete and variance analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. Monitor project cost performance against budget, including labour, materials, subcontract and indirect costs. Coordinate with Commercial, Engineering and Construction teams to validate progress, commitments and cost drivers. Support preparation of payment claims, cost reports and management dashboards for project and corporate governance. Provide cost input to assessment of variations, claims and extensions of time in coordination with the Commercial Manager. Manage and mentor cost control personnel, ensuring consistent application of cost control procedures and reporting standards. Ensure cost control records, supporting documentation and audit trails are maintained in accordance with governance and assurance requirements.
