Cost Control Manager role in the construction industry.
Experience and expertise
- Requires a minimum of 10–15 years of relevant construction industry experience.
- Strong experience in project budgeting, cost forecasting, cost reporting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with large-scale construction or MEP projects is preferred.
Knowledge and skills
- Requires experience controlling subcontractor, procurement, material, and overall project costs.
- Requires knowledge of variations, claims, contracts, project financial control, cost management procedures, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
- Requires strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, plus proficiency in relevant cost control and project management software.
Responsibilities
- Budget and forecast project costs; prepare cost reports and analyze variances.
- Monitor and control subcontractor, procurement, material, and overall project costs.
- Track budgets and support project financial control.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
