Job Description: Finance and Tax Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Overview:
Acquara Management Consulting is looking for a skilled Finance and Tax Manager to lead our finance and tax practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultancy and client-facing roles, with preferred experience in Big 4 firms. Candidates with expertise in finance, audit, and risk management are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide expert tax and finance advisory services, including tax planning and optimization.
- Manage and align client expectations with deliverables.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the tax team in India to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee work performed by team members, bridging any gaps with clients.
- Tax and Finance Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax (CT), and Transfer Pricing (TP) regulations.
- Identify and mitigate tax and finance risks, delivering timely advisory services.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Professional certifications like CA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultancy with client-facing roles.
- Background in Big 4 firms is a plus.
