About This Role

Overview

The Corporate Services Manager oversees the firm's internal operations and support services, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the organization.

This role encompasses managing administrative functions, facilities, IT support, human resources, and compliance, aiming to optimize operational efficiency and support the firm's strategic goals.

The Corporate Services Manager acts as a central figure in maintaining an effective operational infrastructure that enables the firm's professionals to focus on delivering high-quality consulting services to clients.

Duties

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the firm's day-to-day operational functions, including administrative services, facilities management, IT support, and human resources, ensuring operational excellence across all areas
  • Team Management: Manage the Corporate Services team, setting objectives, evaluating performance, and facilitating professional development to build a cohesive and high performing team
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with the firm's strategic objectives and compliance requirements. Ensure that all operations adhere to legal standards and best practices
  • Facilities and Resource Management: Ensure the firm's facilities and resources are managed efficiently, overseeing office space, equipment, and technology infrastructure to support business operations
  • Vendor and Contract Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services at optimal costs
  • Candidate must hold Saudi nationality*

Educational

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

A Master's degree in Business Administration or related area is advantageous.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in operations management, administrative leadership, or a similar role within a corporate or consulting environment.

Training Certification

Certifications in Operations Management, Project Management PMP, or Facility Management are beneficial.
