Overview
MDK Engineering Consultancy is looking for a highly organized and professional Corporate Services Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating office operations, workplace organization, vendor coordination, and overall office experience to ensure a professional and well-organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and workplace organization
- Oversee office setup, furniture, and workplace arrangements
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Manage office supplies and administrative requirements
- Organize meetings, hospitality, and office arrangements
- Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are always presentable
- Support management with operational and coordination tasks
- Follow up on maintenance, cleanliness, and office services
- Assist in creating a professional and welcoming office environment
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
