- Who are we looking for?
- **Bi-lingual (English & Arabic)**
- Lawyer with Corporate Secretary experience
- Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents, including articles of association, notaries, PoAs, resolutions, minutes, etc.
- Work with internal and external Counsel throughout the region
- Resident in the UAE
- (GCC/Golden/Spousal/Freelancer visa holders)
- , and available to start assignment at short notice
