We’re Hiring \| Corporate Lawyer – MAG Keturah (Dubai)
MAG Keturah is looking for a skilled
Corporate Lawyer
to support our expanding portfolio of
luxury real estate developments and corporate operations
across the UAE.
This role will play a key part in managing legal matters, ensuring compliance, and supporting high-value transactions within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts
- Provide legal advice on corporate, real estate, and investment matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulatory requirements
- Manage legal risks, disputes, and coordinate with external counsel
- Work closely with internal teams across Development, Sales, Finance, and HR
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- 4–8 years’ experience in corporate law (real estate exposure preferred)
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of UAE regulatory and compliance framework
- Strong business and commercial awareness
