Support corporate, export, and structured finance transactions across the global maritime sector.
Work with banks, clients, legal advisors, and industry experts on international financing projects.
What you'll do
- Support the execution of corporate, structured, and export finance transactions.
- Coordinate financing documentation, term sheets, and transaction materials.
- Monitor financing portfolios, reporting requirements, and covenant compliance.
- Assist with financial analysis, cash flow reviews, and financial modelling.
- Liaise with financial institutions, clients, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Export Finance, Structured Finance, Credit Administration, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience details also state 5 years in Corporate Banking, Export Finance, or Corporate Finance; 5 years in banking; and 5 years of UAE/GCC experience.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
