What you’ll do
- Support execution of corporate, structured, and export finance transactions.
- Coordinate financing documentation, term sheets, and transaction materials.
- Monitor financing portfolios, reporting requirements, and covenant compliance.
- Assist with financial analysis, cash flow reviews, and financial modelling.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, clients, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and transaction updates.
- Maintain transaction records, databases, and portfolio documentation.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Export Finance, Structured Finance, Credit Administration, or Corporate Finance.
- Experience supporting financing transactions and working with financial documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English.
Pay
- AED 8,000–8,800 per month.

- Work is in person.
