Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on SaaS, AI, developer, and other technology-related agreements and matters.
- Provide clear, business-centric legal guidance to internal clients.
- Partner cross-functionally with legal, procurement, and operations teams worldwide.
- Assisting with outside counsel management as part of the Legal Department’s strategic initiatives.
- A successful candidate must pass Expeditors’ pre-employment background check.

Qualifications
- JD and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 7+ years of legal practice, with deep experience in technology matters.
- Prior in-house experience preferred; law firm experience welcomed.
- Excellent judgment, a collaborative working style, and a sense of humor.
- Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation is a plus.
- Full-time, in-office attendance required.
