• Manage media and public relations.
• Build strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
• Direct the development and distribution of press releases, statements, and media materials.
• Direct digital communication efforts.
• Supervise social media and online content strategy to ensure a cohesive and impactful digital presence.
• Monitor performance and adapt strategies based on analytics and audience engagement.
• Plan and execute public engagements and events.
• Organize conferences, forums, and speaking opportunities to elevate Adeera s visibility.
• Represent the brand at key industry and community functions.
• Lead crisis communication and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and implement protocols for crisis response to protect the company s reputation.
• Provide timely and strategic responses during public challenges.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Align communication efforts with branding, HR, operations, legal, and other departments.
