We’re Hiring: Corporate Business Development Manager – KSA Market
We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Corporate Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our corporate portfolio within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
This is a strategic role in driving growth, establishing high-value partnerships and positioning the company as a trusted travel partner for corporate clients across the Saudi market.
Working Hours
Saturday to Thursday \| Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients across key sectors in the Saudi market
- Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored travel solutions aligned with business needs
- Lead commercial negotiations, structure agreements, and successfully close corporate deals
- Collaborate closely with all teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry engagements within KSA
Requirements
- Proven track record in corporate sales or business development, preferably within the travel or service industry
- Strong and active professional network within Saudi Arabia
- Deep understanding of the Saudi corporate landscape and business culture
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage targets, and drive results
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
