Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Head of Corporate Business Development for the region (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Uzbekistan, Pakistan).
The business language is English.
The role involves leading in-country teams to develop and execute business strategies, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading business development efforts to drive growth.
The role is hybrid-based, combining in-office work at our corporate office in JLT Dubai with some remote work flexibility.
Regional travel may be required occassionally.

1.
Review CRM dashboards; analyze overnight leads/updates.
2.
Team huddle; focus on the "Big 5" deals for the week.
3.
Network online call with a partner or prospective client.
4.
Meet with Product/Engineering on AI or risk feature localization.
5.
Review proposals for cost and profit margins before submission.
6.
Review the performance of and mentoring in-country corporate business development teams.
7.
Collaborate with regional marketing team on message development and event management.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Business Planning and Business Development
- Proven experience in Sales and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in or knowledge of the enterprise risk and information security industry is an advantage
