Overview
- Have strong Project Management Skills and Communication Skills.
- Provide first-line technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and support.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Ensure timely backups, data protection, and recovery procedures.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records (laptops, printers, licenses, etc.).
- Assist in implementing IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Support new technology roll outs and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and system performance issues.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure IT systems meet operational needs.
- Assist with user training and documentation of IT processe
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
