Coordinates implementation of the Maison sourcing strategy by onboarding, monitoring, and evaluating supplier partners.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, and evaluation against expectations.
- Maintain the supplier matrix, performance dashboards, and contractual documentation.
- Collaborate with buying, production, product development, design, and quality teams on sourcing needs and issue resolution.
- Improve supplier management tools, processes, and communication flows.
- Ensure suppliers adhere to company standards, values, and sourcing objectives.
Desired profile
- Bachelor’s degree or university diploma in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in sourcing, production, or supplier management; home goods experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fabric quality, inspection processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with private label management systems or similar tools is an asset.
- Able to collaborate proactively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and travel internationally as required.
