- MFC is Hiring: Coordinator - Projects & Events (Customs Clearance and Operations)
- We are looking for a **Coordinator - Projects & Events** to join the MFC Projects Cargo Team.
- The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for events, exhibitions, and projects, including multimodal transport planning and execution.
- Manage cargo movement and service deliverables, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and international regulations.
- Prepare and organize all necessary documentation, including event-related, airport-related, and customs formalities.
- Execute on-site checks and contingency planning to ensure smooth operations during events.
- Negotiate with vendors, carriers, and ports to secure favorable rates and services.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and principals to ensure service excellence and timely task completion.
- Prepare RFQs, quotes, invoices, and follow up on collections in coordination with the finance team.
- Support business development by maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue.
Experience
- Projects Logistics: 2 years (Required)
