About Our School

St Catherine of Siena Catholic Primary School Prestons, established in 1999, is a vibrant learning community and one of two parish schools in the Parish of St Francis Xavier, Lurnea. We enjoy a strong partnership with our priests.

About You

As a Coordinator 2 , you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. The position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. You'll bring:

expertise in leading and implementing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies

strong classroom management and student well-being focus

experience in leading with a coaching approach is preferred

ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences

a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation

Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead .
