Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cooks with experience in preparing Continental, Indian, and Arabic cuisines to join our catering team.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing high quality meals in accordance with menu specifications, hygiene standards, and customer preferences in a high-volume catering environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes from Continental, Indian, and Arabic cuisines, ensuring authenticity, flavor, and presentation.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
- Work as part of a team to support daily food production for events, buffets, and staff meals.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist in menu planning
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals based on service schedules.
- Support with food preparation for special dietary requirements.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding kitchen safety and conduct.
