Controls Engineer - Senior

Responsibilities

• To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Technical Troubleshooting Expertise: Develop the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve electrical, controls, and programming issues to minimize downtime and maintain production performance.
• Hands-On Maintenance Support: Partner closely with maintenance teams by providing practical, on-the-floor technical support that ensures equipment reliability and efficient problem resolution.
• Sense of Urgency & Problem Solving: Apply analytical thinking and a proactive approach to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and restore systems to operational status as quickly as possible.
• Manufacturing Operations Focus: Build a strong understanding of production processes and equipment to make effective decisions that improve uptime, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
• Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
