Global sourcing and rate negotiations (domestic & international).

Coordination with Engineering, Project Management, and QA/QC teams.

Monitoring manufacturing progress and expediting.

Collection and review of vendor documentation (GA drawings, datasheets, QAPs, test certificates).

Coordination with Third-Party Inspection agencies.

Management of post-order changes.

Support site teams for delivery and issue resolution.

Identify and onboard alternate vendors to ensure competitive sourcing.

Maintain and update Approved Vendor List (AVL).

Drive supplier performance improvement in cost, quality, and delivery.

Build long-term strategic supplier relationships globally.

Strong understanding of C&I systems for Power Burner applications preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in Oil & Gas / Power / Refinery EPC projects.

Knowledge of international standards (API, ASME, IEC preferred).

Strong negotiation and contract finalization skills.

Experience working with global stakeholders across time zones.

ERP knowledge (Sage X3 preferred).

Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.

6–12 years of procurement experience in EPC/OEM environment.

Instrumentation engineering background strongly preferred.

Experience handling international project procurement.

Proven record of cost savings and on-time delivery performance.

Ability to manage multiple packages simultaneously in a fast-paced project environment.
