Position summary

Rooms and guest services operations role at Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh.

Guest and room operations

Assign rooms to meet guest requests and preferences; pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets.
Coordinate group arrivals and check-in procedures; process check-ins and check-outs and activate room keys.
Confirm reservations and cancellations; review room changes and out-of-order rooms; identify over-commitments and duplicate reservations.
Verify rates against market codes, document exceptions, adjust guest billing, and secure valid payment.
Run daily reports, maintain guest paperwork, receive and relay messages, and follow up on guest requests or problems.
Coordinate with other departments and comply with company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Preferred qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
No supervisory experience; no license or certification is listed.

Physical requirements

The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and use of computers or POS systems.
The role includes moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
